1. Who we are
Easy Build FL LLC, based in Stuart, Florida. We operate easybuildfl.com and the matching form at start.easybuildfl.com. Contact: info@easybuildfl.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the information we collect from contractors who use our matching form, and from private providers who receive leads from us.
3. What we collect from contractors
When you fill in the matching form we collect:
- Your name, company name, email address and phone number
- Whether you are a licensed contractor or an owner builder, and your license number if you give one
- The county and building department your project falls under
- The types of work you do and roughly what share of your work each one represents
- About how many permits you pull per month
- Which services you need, your inspection preference and your timeline
- Whether the project is new, a takeover, or after the fact, and any details you give about that
- The name of a previous private provider, if you name one
- Whether you asked to be introduced to an engineer
- The IP address the form was submitted from
4. What we collect from private providers
Private providers are added by us after a conversation. We hold their business contact details, the building departments they are registered with, the types of work they take, their turnaround and onboarding times, and notes from our calls. Providers can sign in and correct their own record.
5. How we use it
We use contractor information to match you with private providers who fit your project, and to introduce you to them. We use provider information to decide which providers fit a given project. We use contact details to send you confirmation of your request and to answer you if you write to us.
6. Who we share it with
- When you submit the form, your contact details and your project details are sent to the private providers we match you with, so they can contact you directly. This is the purpose of the service.
- If you asked to be introduced to an engineer, we pass your details to Sunsmart Engineering.
- If you asked for help with permitting, we pass your details to our permitting partner, Construction Care Consulting.
- We use Base44 to run the application and store its data, Resend to send email, and Google Workspace for our own email.
- We will disclose information if the law requires it.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else.
7. Signing in
Private providers and our own staff sign in using Google or Microsoft. We receive the name and email address on that account. We never see or store your password.
8. How long we keep it
We keep lead and provider records for as long as we operate the service, because a provider needs to be able to look back at the work they were sent. The IP address recorded with a form submission is kept indefinitely and is used to limit abuse of the public form.
9. Keeping it safe
Access to contractor and provider records is restricted to us. Providers can see only the leads they were matched to, and never another provider's information.
10. Children
The service is for construction businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.

1. Who we are
Easy Build FL LLC, based in Stuart, Florida. We operate easybuildfl.com and the matching form at start.easybuildfl.com. Contact: info@easybuildfl.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the information we collect from contractors who use our matching form, from private providers who receive leads from us, and from anyone who applies to join Easy Build as a private provider.
3. What we collect from contractors
When you fill in the matching form we collect:
- Your name, company name, email address and phone number
- Whether you are a licensed contractor or an owner builder, and your license number if you give one
- The county and building department your project falls under

- Whether you asked to be introduced to an engineer
- The IP address the form was submitted from
If you name a previous private provider, we compare that name against our own list of Florida private provider firms and record whether it matched one, and how close the match was. It helps us understand who is already involved in your project.
4. What we collect from private providers
Private providers are added by us after a conversation. We hold their business contact details, the building departments they are registered with, the types of work they take, their turnaround and onboarding times, and notes from our calls. Providers can sign in and correct their own record.
When we match you to a project, the contractor sees your company name, your logo, and the reasons you fit the job along with anything that may not be a perfect fit. They do not see your name, your email address or your phone number, and they never see a score. You contact them.
5. What we collect when you apply
If you apply to join Easy Build as a private provider, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, the counties you cover, the services you offer, anything you write in the free text box, and the IP address the form was submitted from.
We use it to decide whether to get in touch and to have that conversation. We send you a confirmation and we send ourselves a copy. Applying does not create a provider record and does not put you in front of any contractor. We do not share applications with anyone outside Easy Build.
6. How we use it
We use contractor information to match you with private providers who fit your project, and to introduce you to them. We use provider information to decide which providers fit a given project. We use contact details to send you confirmation of your request and to answer you if you write to us.
7. Who we share it with
- When you submit the form, your contact details and your project details are sent to the private providers we match you with, so they can contact you directly. This is the purpose of the service.
